As of June 2011, our property dismemberment has gone through and been registered at the local property office in Rivas. This has taken a few years longer than expected, but was done in accordance with Nicaraguan law (as in, we didn't have to grease anyone to do it). Went through several judges but our great lawyer stuck with it and persevered.
My partner and I will be doing a survey of the lots later this year and doing the design so we can finally offer the initial four lots for sale. These first few lots will be offered at a competative price and can be developed by the owner on their own schedule and style. The remaining lots will be developed by our company and offered as turnkey properties.
